How does the onboarding process for signing up for a subscription work?

Once you have made the decision to subscribe, we will arrange an onboarding call to gain a deeper understanding of your business and design requirements. During this call, we will guide you through the design process and assist you in uploading your brand assets. Following that, we will assign a designer from our team who best matches your needs. You will receive access to your personalized design dashboard, where you can promptly begin by providing your first design brief.

Which tools do you utilize for design creation?

What does the term "Unlimited Design Tasks" entail?

At FANCY, we don't impose charges based on hours or projects. When you subscribe to our design service, you have the freedom to submit as many design tasks as you need. We will then process these tasks sequentially, one after the other.

What if I have just one design request?

If you have only one design request, you can simply pause your subscription once it's completed and reactivate it when you have additional design needs in the future. This way, you can make the most of your subscription without letting any remaining time go to waste.

Work process

When can I expect to receive the initial drafts?

Typically, you can expect to receive the initial drafts within 48 hours for most design tasks. However, for more complex assignments like a landing page design, we may divide the work into partial deliverables to ensure timely progress. Rest assured that we will keep you informed about the progress at all times.

How many revision requests am I entitled to?

You can submit as many revision requests as you need, as long as your subscription remains active.

What is the maximum number of tasks I can assign simultaneously?

You can have one active task at any given time.

How many design assets will I receive?

The number of design assets you will receive depends on the complexity of the task. Our designer will provide you with daily updates on the progress of your task.

Suspension

Is it possible to cancel my subscription?

Absolutely! We do not have lengthy contract periods. Your subscription will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis. If you wish to cancel, you have the flexibility to do so by providing a notice at least 7 days before the end of the payment cycle.

If you are not satisfied with the service, are refunds provided?

Please note that no refunds will be issued due to the high-quality nature of our work.
